Our methods of shipment are the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Orders will be shipped after payment has cleared.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For international orders, please send us an e-mail and we will send you the exact shipment costs.
PAYMENT
At check out, you will be directed to PAYPAL where you will securely pay for your order using major credits cards.
TAXES
All Maryland residents pay a 5% tax as required by state law.
RETURN POLICY
We are proud of our jewelry pieces and we try to please everyone.
But the fact of the matter is that we cannot please everyone.
Therefore, if within 15 days of receiving your order, you are not happy with your product,
please send us an e-mail stating the reasons of your dissatisfaction.
You will have to ship back the package in its original packaging including all the tags attached to it.
We are, however, not responsible for shipping charges from your end. Custom orders are not refunded.
Damaged or stolen items through the carrier are not refunded by us.
You will have to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
We are also not responsible for returns due to tarnished products, marred,
broken stretchy chord which is usually caused by yanking or wearing stretchy bracelets
while taking a hot bath or warm shower. Sterling silver or gold-filled wire must be cleaned
with anti-tarnish cloths or other special products available in most jewelry supply stores, or on the internet.
I purchase mine from Fire Mountain Gems.
The return policy applies to stone sculpture as well.
REPAIRS
We will be glad to repair jewelry at a small fee. Please send us an e-mail before you send your jewelry.
Give a detailed description of what needs to be repaired and if possible, include a photograph of the piece.
Some pieces may have rare types of beads or findings that may not be easily replaced. If this is the case,
we will inform you by e-mail before you send your piece. We will also quote you the repair fees by e-mail.
Please note: We do not offer repairs for Zimbabwean stone sculpture or South African beaded work as these are imports
and we do not have the original artists on hand to do the repairs.

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.
We do not rent or sell your personal identifying information to other companies or individuals.
Our clients' credit card information is strictly confidential and we use it only for processing payment transactions.
